A concert-play for the sun-sleepless in two acts. Yegor Letov's voice — symbol of the collapse of a great power — performed by the young generation of BTK.
Yegor Letov's voice became a symbol of the collapse of a great power for several generations. Broken, inverted, desperate — this voice sang about timelessness and airlessness, about the meaninglessness of human values and human life.
The tragic sound of his songs is revealed with new force in the performance of the young generation of BTK — students of Ruslan Kudashov's directing workshop. The creators of the show claim the songs as their own, filtering them through their own worldview.
The ability to discern high poetry and the tragic nerve of an era in rock music, to show its timeless scale — this is a hallmark of the Big Puppet Theatre's musical productions.
